Fall 2021 Course Evaluations by Students
ATTENTION: Deans, Faculty and Students,
The Fall 2021 evaluation surveys for the FAMU Student Assessment of Instruction (FAMSAI)
have been deployed for the main campus and are available for student completion. The evaluations
are accessible by students via a link sent to their FAMU email accounts or through the FAMU
Canvas account. The evaluations will be open to students until midnight Sunday, December 5,
2021. Reminders will be periodically sent to each student’s FAMU email account for the surveys
not yet completed until the surveys are closed.
To access the course evaluation surveys, students should sign into Canvas, and click on a link of a
currently enrolled course. Click on “Class Climate LTI” in the menu on the left. This link will take
them to the dashboard containing all of course evaluations. Attached is a tutorial, which can be
distributed, for the Class Climate Course Evaluations.
All instructors should be able to view the completion progress of the evaluations via the dashboard
in their FAMU Canvas account. Faculty should follow the same instructions in the attached tutorial
to reach the instructor dashboard. Faculty are asked to encourage students to complete the surveys.
